LIST OF SERVICES

When work is completed, an edited file will be returned to the client to ensure they are satisfied.
Drop downs and noises will be added to the file until the agreed payment is made, then the full version will be returned to the client.
The minimum time for a 1-1 session is 1 hour. If less time is spent the client is still subject to the full hours charge.
Clients for 1-1 sessions who are a distance of over 15 minutes away will be charged at £5 per 15 minutes of travel. This is pre set time not counting for traffic and delays.
'Full returns' of audio include; 24 bit at 44.1khz for pre-mastered tracks, and 16 bit at 44.1khz for mastered unless agreed otherwise.
Booking an online session is paying for the time spent to engineer a client's track. It is advisable to provide as much information as possible in regards to how it needs to sound in order to maximise time.
Before any work commences, bank details are required with a deposit of 10% of the total value for online sessions, and £25 for 1-1 sessions.
Cancellations within 24 hours of a booked session will result in the £25 deposit not being returned.
